This is underlined by a few key figures. Our Group EBT margin reached 16.5%. Our EBIT margin in the Automotive Segment came in at 8.6% – excluding the consolidation effects from the full consolidation of our Chinese Joint Venture, BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd., it stood at 11.2%.
More details on the key figures and our overall performance can be found here in our online report.
Our strong, consistent financial performance provides us the flexibility to invest in our future course, as we electrify and digitalize our business.
At the same time, we continue to expand and refresh our current portfolio.
In 2022, we launched the new BMW 7 Series and the BMW X1, including the all-electric BMW i7 and BMW iX1. As planned for 2022, we doubled sales of our all-electric vehicles compared to 2021. We look to carry this momentum into 2023.
With the launch of our next all-new model generation, the NEUE KLASSE, in 2025, we will reach the next major milestone in our transformation. Through our innovative strength, we will remain a pioneer in the industry.
But for now, I hope you enjoy the online version of our BMW Group Report 2022 as much as I do.
