Krzysztof Witczak started as a production helper on a temporary employment basis at the BMW plant in Munich in 2013. He was permanently employed two years later. After holding various positions in engine production, the native Pole then switched to battery production three years ago. He is supervisor for high-voltage battery production at the BMW plant in Dingolfing since 2020. His dream? To attend master school one day.
