Tanja Hornbachner looks after the sustainability strategy project for the BMW plant in Steyr. Her pet project? Renewable energy! In 2019, she won the Young Researchers Award for her master’s thesis on the sustainable energy supply of large-scale industrial washing plants. In her private life, she sometimes takes part in an efficiency rally in an electric car with friends.
